Contracts Administrator and Assistant to the President
J.W. McClenahan Co. is a fast-paced commercial construction company seeking a Contracts Administrator. The role focuses on ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while also supporting the President with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Coordinates and reviews all contracts with general contractors and subcontractors with project managers, lawyers, insurance providers until completion and execution
Assists in issuing notices of project completions and monitoring warranty periods
Owns the insurance renewal process of the company, ensuring proper coverage and timely renewal with insurance providers including obtaining all necessary policies and certificates
Coordinates and monitors the company’s bonding requirements
Assists Operations in obtaining job/GC prequalifications
Supports the President and executive team on various administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in contract administration within the construction industry
Proficiency in using Project Sight software and EOS system
Strong organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
Ability to coordinate and review contracts with general contractors and subcontractors
Experience in issuing notices of project completions and monitoring warranty periods
Knowledge of insurance renewal processes and bonding requirements
Ability to assist Operations in obtaining job/GC prequalifications
Strong administrative skills to support the President and executive team
