Mid, Senior LevelMilitary & Commercial Fasteners Corp. is seeking an experienced and proactive Network and Systems Administrator to serve as an internal Level 3 or Level 4 technical expert. This role involves managing and optimizing the enterprise network and server infrastructure, ensuring availability, reliability, security, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments and Active Directory, ensuring seamless user access and administration
Maintain physical servers (including Hyper-V hosts) and virtual servers, as well as virtual desktop infrastructure
Maintain and optimize enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless systems, and firewalls. Manage LAN and WAN network systems and associated hardware/software
Manage system backups and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity and data integrity
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network problems independently
Manage upgrades of client systems hardware and software
Assist in planned deployments and upgrades, supporting all change management efforts
Design and implement robust server and client-based security practices
Resolve security incidents and violations; recommend improvements to security posture
Maintain familiarity with frameworks such as CMMC and support adherence to security standards
Strengthen identity and access management practices, including MFA and least-privilege principles
Work with IT leadership to transition from perimeter-based security toward Zero Trust architecture
Support initiatives to modernize infrastructure and explore cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) for future scalability
Write, maintain, and update comprehensive network and systems documentation
Provide dedicated hardware and software support within a dynamic manufacturing environment
Participate in after-hours or on-call support as required to maintain operational stability
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar Level 3/4 technical role
Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including MS365, Active Directory, and Hyper-V
Hands-on experience managing network hardware such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
Solid understanding of security best practices and IAM fundamentals
Familiarity with ZTNA concepts and modern security architectures
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Associate (Required)
Preferred
CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA/CCNP
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Associate level) are a plus
