Handle a diverse caseload of Commercial Litigation/Shareholder disputes/Contract disputes/Insurance Coverage/Construction litigation/Product Liability matters

Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings

Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters
