The role involves preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process, while also performing investigative tasks such as interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence.

Required

Impeccable people skills

Substantial experience, training, and education with regard to investigation, court, litigation support, case development, and/or law enforcement

Flexibility and drive to travel regularly anywhere in the four corners of Georgia (and, rarely but sometimes, beyond) to accomplish the mission. (Overnight stays would be rare.)

Computer and technology skill and experience

Excellent ability to draft reports and documents in support of litigation, including, but not limited to, audio and visual exhibits

Knowledge of Law and Legal Document Preparation

Proficient in conducting legal research and reviewing documents

Strong Communication skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
