Responsibilities
Lead process development, troubleshooting, and optimization for molding operations
Manage transfer of molding projects into production, including equipment, tooling, and documentation readiness
Train production staff on molding procedures, equipment setup, and best practices
Design, qualify, and support the installation of molding equipment and fixtures
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
Support production troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and documentation updates
Contribute to risk assessments, layout improvements, and production support activities
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in injection molding or related process engineering
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Plastics, or Materials Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Experience with process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), DOE, and root cause analysis
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working hands-on with equipment and tooling
Preferred
Familiarity with ISO 13485, cGMP, and regulated manufacturing environments a plus
