Austin Brockenbrough & Associates, LLC is seeking a Water Engineering Intern to support their water and wastewater engineering team. The role involves assisting with the planning, design, and analysis of treatment systems, pipelines, and infrastructure while providing exposure to sustainable water solutions and project delivery.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing technical drawings, reports, and specifications for water/wastewater systems

Support calculations for pipelines, pumping systems, and treatment facilities

Conduct research and data collection on environmental and regulatory requirements

Participate in field visits, inspections, or data gathering as needed

Collaborate with engineers and project managers on ongoing projects

Perform all other duties as assigned

Work collaboratively and effectively with clients and colleagues including cross-functional teams, peers, direct reports, and leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

Adapt to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in taking on new responsibilities and adjusting to evolving challenges
