Cline is seeking Sr. Project Designers for their Raleigh and Charlotte offices. The role involves providing planning and design in the development of small to large multi-family projects while mentoring other designers and ensuring design integrity throughout various project phases.

Responsibilities

Play a strategic role in advancing the quality of design in the firm

Oversee/mentor Project Designers and staff interested in design

Prepare presentation materials and participate in design presentations to clients through the course of the project

Collaborate with the in-house project team and others to develop the design and maintain design integrity during DD, CD, and CA phases

Collaborate with Team Leader and/or Senior Project Managers to understand and solve client design goals

Coordinate project designs

Maintain a functional knowledge of current building and zoning codes

Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university

A portfolio that demonstrates a strong design aptitude

Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software

Minimum 10 years of professional experience

Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills

Ability to interact positively with others, to solve problems, and to constructively communicate those solutions

Preferred

Experience with multi-family and mixed-used projects

Professional licensure
