New Grad, Entry LevelInfojini Inc is seeking a highly focused and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support their document management initiatives. This temporary role involves preparing, scanning, and electronically filing sensitive paper documents with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Prepare, sort, and scan physical documents into electronic formats using scanners and document management software
Review scanned images for clarity, accuracy, and completeness
Accurately index and file digital documents for efficient retrieval and secure storage
Follow established confidentiality protocols and document handling procedures
Maintain proper organization of physical documents before and after scanning
Conduct quality control reviews and re-scan as needed
Communicate issues related to scanning equipment or document quality to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
Perform other administrative or clerical duties related to document control as assigned
Qualification
Required
Typing speed of 60 or 60+ WPM
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform repetitive, detail-focused work with consistency and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive materials
Proficiency with office equipment, scanners, and basic computer applications
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Comfortable in a quiet, structured work setting with minimal distractions
Strong attention to detail; a precision-driven, orderly mindset is essential
May require physical activity including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds
Preferred
Previous experience in scanning, filing, or office administration
