Customer Success Specialist
Accelerated Analytics is a provider of retail Point of Sale data, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Customer Success Specialist will build strong relationships with customers, driving product adoption and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trust and fostering strong relationships
Understand customer goals and ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and utilization of our products
Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to monitor health, usage, and data trends
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to advocate for customer requirements and feedback
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and success plans in CRM tools
Drive customer education through training sessions, webinars, and resource sharing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Retail, Account Management, or Technical Support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve customer outcomes
Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI)
Problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Expert-level Excel skills
