Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT leadership, business representatives, and project leads to define feature content for ADI
Drive alignment of feature content across businesses, matching strategic goals
Responsible for sprint planning and sequencing, decomposing strategy to features and user stories
Partner with the scrum master to complete sprint-level activities, remove roadblocks, and negotiate dependencies
Manage schedule and budget, ensuring vendor resource capacity meets demand
Handle all project communication, action-item management, and risk identification/management
Keep project data updated regularly and provide input for senior leadership review
Qualification
Required
Managing full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Fusion projects, including scope, budget, and timeline
Leading functional and technical teams, providing guidance, and ensuring high performance throughout the project
Facilitating workshops, collaborating with stakeholders, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and key decisions
Analytical skills – perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives, and recommend sound decisions
People skills – ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions, and resolve conflicts
Project management – drive and lead meetings, create and execute project plans, proactively manage risks/issues, and maintain compliance with company project management processes
Communication – drive productive conversations, maintain project documentation, and follow up on open actions
Proficient in Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)
Minimum 5 years leading projects and scrum teams
Certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or PM
Experience in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework
Proven experience with Jira and Confluence
Preferred
PMP or other project management certification preferred
Experience using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies with emphasis on Agile/Scrum
