Start in 2026 SpringCBC Real Estate is seeking a motivated, service-driven individual to join their Box Office team as a Ticketing Service Intern for the 2025 season. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional fan experience by supporting ticketing operations and customer service efforts.

Responsibilities
Process and service ticket orders using the ticketing system
Assist with season ticket and ticket plan renewals
Establish and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of ballpark staff and clients
Deliver a consistently high level of service and professionalism in all customer interactions
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person at the Box Office
Perform additional ticket operations and administrative duties as assigned
Assist with all events held at Durham Bulls Athletic Park
Support general Front Office operations, including hiring events, special events, tarp pulls, and other duties typical of a Minor League Baseball front office
Qualification
Required
Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong people skills; organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback, changing priorities, and tight deadlines
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
Close vision and ability to differentiate colors
Ability to use hands for typing and other essential job functions
Ability to remain focused and productive in noisy, crowded environments with multiple distractions
May require working outdoors in varying and unpredictable weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind
Preferred
Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
