As a Project Administrator – Planning, you will support the planning phase of national projects, ensuring accurate documentation and organized planning tools to enable project managers and stakeholders to execute confidently.

Responsibilities
Complete planning phases within established timelines and ensure all supporting documentation is accurate and complete
Collect, organize, and maintain product specification sheets, manufacturer installation guides, and other required materials for every planned project
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to clarify requirements and resolve issues promptly
Prepare visual aids, Gantt charts, and Smartsheet assets that support clear project timelines and deliverables
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and compliance platforms (Smartsheet, ERP systems)
Clear and concise communication skills—written and verbal
A proactive mindset with accountability for delivering measurable outcomes
Preferred
Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Experience in project planning or administration is strongly preferred
Knowledge of lighting/electrical or a related construction field is a plus
