Responsibilities
Engage directly with clients, providing top-tier tax compliance and review services, especially focusing on complex Partnerships, S-Corp, and high-net-worth individual returns
Guarantee the timely and high-quality execution of all tax-related services
Lead and support in tax planning activities, ensuring adherence to all tax laws
Remain updated on tax legislation to provide clients with informed advice on tax issues and strategies
Cultivate strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and valuable tax insights
Respond swiftly and professionally to client inquiries
Mentor, supervise, and train junior staff members
Allocate tasks and oversee team workload to ensure accurate and timely project completion
Qualification
Required
BBA/BS in Accounting
CPA or in the process of certification; candidates with an EA certification are also welcome
At least 2 years of public accounting experience, particularly with a mid-sized, complex client structure
