Responsibilities

Managing large-scale Apache Kafka clusters
Configuring brokers, topics, partitions, replication, and security (SSL/SASL/ACLs)
Performance tuning and capacity planning
Support Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and real-time data pipelines in high-throughput, low-latency environments
Monitoring, incident troubleshooting, upgrades, and automation using scripting or Infrastructure as Code tools

Required

10+ years' experience

Support Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and real-time data pipelines in high-throughput, low-latency environments
Monitoring, incident troubleshooting, upgrades, and automation using scripting or Infrastructure as Code tools
Candidates should have deep knowledge of distributed systems and production Kafka operations
Banking / Financial domain experience
