Responsibilities
Perform cost accounting activities including standard cost development, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
Analyze manufacturing costs and operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Support month-end close processes related to cost accounting
Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and finance teams
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of cost accounting processes
Assist with audits, reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing or operations-focused environment
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance partners
Senior-level title may be considered based on experience and scope
