They are seeking a skilled HubSpot Admin to own and administer the HubSpot environment, develop processes, and analyze performance data to support sales and marketing operations.
Responsibilities
Own and administer the company’s HubSpot environment, including Enterprise Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Ops Hub
Design, build, and maintain scalable processes, workflows, and automations to support sales and marketing operations
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders
Analyze performance data and trends to inform decision-making and optimize go-to-market efforts
Manage and maintain omnichannel attribution models, tracking the impact of channels such as paid social, email, and other digital touchpoints
Accurately measure and assign conversion and revenue credit across multiple marketing channels
Communicate complex technical concepts and data findings clearly to non-technical teams
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure systems align with business goals
