Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning with strong references
At least 3 years of experience in estate and trust administration and probate
Graduate of an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Florida
Preferred
Proficient in probate and probate avoidance strategies
Familiarity with GRATs, ILITs, and SLATs
Ability to collaborate with other staff members
