Responsibilities
Assemble swimsuit prototypes, fit samples, sales samples, and customer samples from beginning to end
Read and interpret specs, sewing instructions, and finished measurements
Work one style at a time using provided cut pieces and specifications
Collaborate closely with designers and patternmakers to review construction, resolve issues, and suggest improvements
Operate multiple industrial sewing machines to complete various sewing operations
Perform additional duties as assigned by the technical design team
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong experience operating industrial sewing machines, especially single-needle machines
Ability to read technical specs and demonstrate a high level of sewing skill
Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced design environment
