Sales Development Representative Internship
FieldPulse is a fun, fast-growing SaaS company transforming the way small home service businesses run their operations. The Summer 2026 SDR Internship is designed for students eager to learn about B2B tech sales, focusing on cold calling, lead qualification, and collaboration with the Business Development team.
Responsibilities
Make cold calls daily and learn to master phone-based prospecting
Identify and qualify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations and disqualify where appropriate
Set qualified meetings for our Account Executives
Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other sales engagement tools daily
Participate in call reviews, coaching, and team huddles
Support the AE handoff and gain visibility into full-cycle sales
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product
Qualification
Required
Excited to learn sales from the ground up
A clear communicator with strong interpersonal instincts
Coachable, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
Organized, reliable, and comfortable with feedback
Preferred
A current student (junior or senior preferred)
Interested in pursuing a future in tech, sales, business development, or entrepreneurship
