Client Director

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Conduct regular business reviews to deepen relationships and uncover evolving client needs
Act as a trusted advisor, translating client challenges into innovative tech-driven solutions
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting
Use CRM systems to track client interactions and deal progress
Collaborate with marketing and solution architects to drive demand generation efforts
Stay current on emerging technologies and trends relevant to clients’ industries
Present TGS’s thought leadership at customer meetings, webinars, or industry forums
Provide competitive insights to refine go-to-market strategies
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and support of sold solutions
Qualification
Required
Business Relationship Management and Consulting skills
3-5 Years of Account Management and Sales skills
Established customer base
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and address client needs
Knowledge of IT environments and solutions
Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field
