Responsibilities

Manage dynamic calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize commitments to maximize executive efficiency
Prepare and organize meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports
Screen and manage incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Anticipate travel needs and oversee related documentation and expense tracking
Support ad hoc projects and firm initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials to inform executive decision-making
Act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Facilitate cross-functional communication to support smooth day-to-day operations
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Exercise sound judgment while balancing competing priorities and shifting demands

Required

3+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated expertise managing complex calendars and travel logistics

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools a plus
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
High level of professionalism, integrity, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
