Responsibilities

Developing and implementing algorithms for advanced radar systems
Working with antennas, transmit and receive chains, radar system modeling, ground moving target identification, electronic warfare, maritime surveillance, image processing, algorithm development for advanced radar image products/exploitation
Designing, developing, and analyzing radar systems and software architectures
Designing, implementing, testing of algorithms for detection, discrimination, tracking systems
Modeling and simulation of system designs to demonstrate performance metrics
Developing unique solutions and efficient implementations of signal processing algorithms
Leveraging tools such as IDL, MATLAB, Python or C++ to analyze data and generate algorithms
Analyzing system level signal propagation, RF system performance, and requirements development
Collaborating with mechanical, software, program management, and senior leadership teams

Required

3-5+ years of professional experience in radar signal processing (Mid to Senior level titles available)
Hands-on experience with MATLAB
Strong analytical skills and a understanding of radar signal processing techniques
Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field
Experience with algorithm development, probability, and statistics
Ability to obtain a U.S. top secret clearance

Preferred

Experience with C++ is preferred
