LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced Veeva Vault Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Veeva Vault integrations for Life Sciences projects. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to implement integration architecture and manage project documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead Veeva Vault integration architecture and implementation
Convert business integration requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
Own JIRA backlog management (stories, tasks, features)
Configure and integrate Veeva Vault APIs and middleware solutions
Coordinate data migration, validation, and integration testing
Create and manage SDLC & GxP documentation
Collaborate with Architecture, Middleware, and Program teams

Required

Strong experience with Veeva Vault configuration & architecture
Hands-on Veeva Vault Integration experience
Expertise in Vault APIs, VQL, Direct Data API, Vault SDK
Experience with Java or Python
Deep understanding of SaaS / Cloud integration patterns
Agile/Scrum experience with JIRA
Life Sciences / Pharma / GxP project experience

Preferred

Veeva Vault Quality experience
Knowledge of QMS processes (CAPA, NC, Change, Audit, Complaints)
