Talent Acquisition Partner – Tampa/Gibsonton

Responsibilities

Partner with U.S. Business Unit leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand needs and strategic goals
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and offer processing using the Avature ATS
Develop expertise in assigned specialty areas, including energy industry trends and talent markets
Use creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates through low-cost channels such as referrals, professional networks, and job postings
Build and maintain relationships with local technical schools and military transition programs
Train and support hiring managers and HR partners on recruitment processes and systems
Conduct phone and video interviews, document feedback, and ensure timely follow-up with hiring teams

Required

Proven experience in recruiting, ideally including high-volume hourly, manufacturing, and/or skilled labor roles
Strong sourcing and networking skills using platforms such as LinkedIn and other social channels
Ability to build relationships within the community, schools, and organizations
Demonstrated success in team environments and a track record of excellent stakeholder satisfaction
You are tech savvy and experienced in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite
Experience handling confidential HR information with discretion
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
