The role involves managing project execution from contract award through close-out while coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with standards.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project execution from contract award through close-out
Establish and control project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and execution strategy
Lead cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and major subcontractors
Manage project financials including margin, revenue recognition, cash flow, and forecasts
Identify, mitigate, and resolve execution risk proactively
Own change orders, claims management, and scope control
Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance standards are met
Provide concise, decision-oriented updates to senior leadership
Travel to project sites as required to support execution and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive project management experience
Background in power, energy, steam, cooling, industrial infrastructure, or data center–related projects
Demonstrated success managing large, technically complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Proven ability to operate autonomously without hands-on supervision
Strong commercial and financial acumen with direct responsibility for margins and cost control
Experience working closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and field execution teams
Proficiency with project scheduling and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred
15+ years strongly preferred for Lead-level consideration
Engineering degree or equivalent technical background preferred
