Responsibilities

Support the portfolio of a high volume of complex real estate loans

Work collaboratively with investment teams, property managers, and other internal teams

Review loan agreements and monitor covenants

Analyze property and portfolio level financials

Prepare and maintain financial projections

Qualification

Required

1-4 years of experience in asset management (debt or equity)

Exposure to multifamily OR office assets

Bachelors degree from an accredited university and in good academic standing
