The Internal Strategy Consultant will support the development and dissemination of content for internal and external audiences, enabling strategy development and driving communication initiatives that align with C5MI’s growth direction.

Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and manage content for presentations, reports, and communications shared with investors, owners, and internal teams

Sharing Market Research intelligence, data analysis to dissect this information and strategize how to use it for C5MI

Collaborate with leadership to articulate and communicate C5MI’s strategic direction, growth initiatives, and key business objectives

Support the creation of messaging grids, brand narratives, and strategic communications that align with C5MI’s mission and values

Coordinate and prepare materials for investor meetings, quarterly updates, and external presentations

Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and live events

Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate strategy into compelling content

Monitor industry trends and best practices in investor relations and strategic communications to continuously improve content quality

Required

Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or related field

Must have GovCon experience

Proven experience in content creation, strategic communications, or investor relations

Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills using PowerPoint

Ability to translate complex strategies into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences

Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Familiarity with digital communication platforms and content management systems

We are looking for someone on the East coast for this position
