Required

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to recruit, train, and manage volunteers effectively

Fundraising, budgeting, and financial management experience to support program initiatives and community engagement

Event planning, public speaking, and community outreach skills to coordinate and promote Scouting activities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities

Proficiency in common office software and tools, with an aptitude for learning new systems as needed

Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, and to travel within the assigned district

Preferred

Knowledge or experience in youth development programs, outdoor activities, or educational initiatives is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred

Previous non-profit or Scouting experience is a bonus
