Responsibilities
Assist with loan requests and management of current loan portfolio
Prepare loan documentation
Provide excellent communication to internal and external customers
Build relationships with team and assigned lenders
Track and report loan progress and manage pipeline
Qualification

General knowledge of commercial industry and detailed understanding of appropriate regulations and guidelines
Strong computer skills including advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and related product
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field, or equivalent experience, preferred, but not required
Some banking experience, including prior exposure to commercial loan processing, preferred
Approximately six months to 1 year of on-the-job training to become familiar with established loan systems and procedures
