Project Billing Specialist will generate and audit invoices
Enter vendor and subcontractor bills
Prepare pre-billing reports
Track receivables and support collections
As a Project Billing Specialist, you will maintain ERP contract data and budgets
Provide financial reports to project managers and clients

Qualification

Billing/project accountingERP system experienceDegree in AccountingExcel skillsA/EConstruction experienceOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
2-5 years in billing/project accounting
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong Excel and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple unique invoicing formats and requirements

Preferred

ERP system experience preferred and MS Office Suite
A/E or construction industry experience a plus
