Qualification
Required
3+ years in public accounting/consulting (Big 4 or equivalent) and/or corporate accounting/finance, with progressive responsibility
Bachelor's in Accounting (or related field). CPA (or CPA‑eligible/candidate) strongly preferred
Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS exposure a plus
Demonstrated experience in technical accounting advisory, audit readiness, and/or controllership/functional accounting
Excel (modeling, data manipulation) and PowerPoint proficiency; comfort learning new tools quickly
Detail orientation with a high sense of urgency, initiative, and ownership
Ability to manage and do —run complex workstreams while executing your own deliverables
Excellent communication skills across staff‑to‑executive stakeholders; crisp memo writing
Team mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving, client‑first environment
