HR Onboarding & Benefits Administrator
AES Restaurant Group is seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Onboarding and Benefits Administrator to support our corporate payroll and HR operations in Zionsville. This role is responsible for onboarding administration, benefits enrollment support, unemployment claims documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including document collection, task coordination, and I-9 support
Maintain accurate digital employee files, records, and documentation
Support compliance with company policies, labor laws, and benefits regulations
Assist with HR reports, audits, and general administrative tasks
Partner closely with the payroll team on employee setup, updates, and data accuracy
Support employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and benefits-related questions
Maintain and update employee benefit information using Employee Navigator
Support open enrollment activities, including communications support and data entry
Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefit partners as needed
Assist with unemployment claims processing, including responding to requests, gathering required documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions
Maintain documentation and audit trail for unemployment claims
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Strong written communication and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred
associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Previous HR experience or internship preferred but not required
Familiarity with TalentReef and or Employee Navigator strongly preferred
