Responsibilities

Function as a liaison between the sales channel and other internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Engineering
Cultivate effective customer and sales channel relationships, and partner with collaborators
Provide technical assistance to the sales channel concerning product applicability and installation practices
Analyze common product problems and communicate solutions
Evaluate engineered to order (ETO) and made to order (MTO) solutions including quotation submittal and quoted price point
Define product modifications and communicate back to appropriate channels
Develop and conduct product training for a diverse range of audiences
Prepare technical papers, participate in trade shows, and visit customer sites
Collaborate with multi-functional teams and promote a shared consciousness
Promote customer awareness among all employees

Required

BS Degree in Engineering
High mechanical aptitude
Excellent written and verbal skills to facilitate effective communication of technical concepts and ideas
Interpersonal skills to allow one to work with a wide range of individuals at all levels
Ability and desire to Travel Domestically and Internationally (up to 25%)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering
Relevant engineering work or Internship/Co-op experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in a customer facing, service-related, inside sales, or technical sales role
Bilingual - English & Spanish
Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools
