Conduct visual inspections of structural welds and structural steel
Perform coating inspections
Prepare daily reports and information for clients
Maintain proper procedures and accurate computations
Communicate professionally with clients

Qualification

Certified Welding InspectorICC Bolting certificationLevel II UTMTPT certificationsReading drawingsBlueprintsBasic computer skillsOralWritten communication

Required

Current American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector certification
Current ICC Bolting certification
At least a high school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in reading drawings, plans, and blueprints
Professionally communicate orally and in writing
Basic computer skills with related technology
A valid driver's license and good driving record
Lift up to 50 pounds
Operate aerial lifts and work at heights
Work outdoors

Preferred

Level II UT, MT and PT certifications strongly desired
