Responsibilities
Cloud & Architecture Strategy: Provide expert guidance on cloud architecture and security, ensuring solutions meet DHS Enterprise Architecture standards
DevSecOps Implementation: Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automated security scanning to ensure zero-downtime deployments
Solution Design: Evaluate capabilities of commercial (COTS) and open-source ICAM products to recommend implementations that replace or augment custom code
Process Optimization: Reengineer development and operational processes to improve velocity, code quality, and security compliance
Qualification
Required
In-depth knowledge of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), DevSecOps standards, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Strong background in Java, Spring Framework, and integrating COTS security tools (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint)
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments and 'Business Process Reengineering' skills to optimize technical workflows
