Architect, build, and maintain conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow ES and CX
Implement strong context management, error handling, and NLU tuning to improve accuracy and user experience
Develop middleware, backend services, and APIs—primarily in Python—to integrate bots with enterprise and third‑party systems
Build and manage webhooks, RESTful services, and event‑driven integrations using GCP services such as Cloud Functions and Pub/Sub
