Information Technology System Administrator
Visionaire Partners is a growing organization looking for a Tier III IT Support and System Admin Specialist. The role involves resolving escalated tickets, performing advanced technical support, and assisting with application and networking issues in a mostly remote environment.
Responsibilities
Act as a final escalation point for Tier 1/2 Specialists
Perform advanced technical support and system administrative functions - drive difficult open issue to a resolved status
Assist with application, OS, and networking-related issues
Help advance automation of OS patching, config of machines via imaging and in general push for automation, where it makes sense
Qualification
Required
7+ years of IT/Technical Support experience
3+ years Tier III Support experience
2+ years of System Admin experience
Mac Administration & Support experience
Windows Administration experience, including Azure AD, Exchange, O365
SSO (Okta) / MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) tool experience
Mobile Device Management experience (Laptops / Macs, not phones)
Powershell Scripting experience
OS Patching experience
Imaging experience
Network Troubleshooting skills - firewall, routing, switching, storage, backup, recovery
Wireless Networking troubleshooting skills
Endpoint management experience - any of the following: VMWare, Workspace One, Airwatch
Excellent communication skills & ability to work well with a team
Preferred
MCDST, MOS, MCP, ITIL Microsoft Admin certifications preferred
