Advise clients on geographical nuances and regulations impacting their risk decisions

Competency to build technical industry knowledge, establish an understanding of the international marketplace

Communicate with international network on service of global programs. Maintain ownership of communication flow between network and underwriters

Maintain, execute and resolve open items lists on a variety of projects for the Global Placement Team

Proactive, independent work ethic with strong time management, problem solving, and analytical skills

Must demonstrate the ability to multitask and work under limited supervision

Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation is maintained

Supports the end-to-end execution of multinational insurance placements across all lines of business

Works closely with underwriting, legal, finance and global network partners to coordinate policy issuance

Gathers and validates placement requirements

Ensures accurate and timely delivery of local policies

Analyzes account structures

Reviews coverage specifications

Tracks global program deliverables

Resolves operational issues

Maintains data accuracy within internal systems

Assists in process optimization, documentation, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency

Supports consistent service delivery for underwriters
