Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive repairs on various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems
Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently
Conduct appliance installations, assemblies, and maintenance in customers’ homes or designated work sites
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC problems with precision to determine the best repair approach
Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience
Maintain detailed service records, parts inventories, and repair logs for each job performed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in appliance repair with a strong mechanical background
Solid understanding of refrigeration systems, HVAC components, electrical wiring, and equipment repair techniques
Customer service skills that foster trust and satisfaction during on-site visits
Mechanical knowledge combined with assembly skills for installing new appliances or equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Familiarity with field service operations and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
