Responsibilities
Assist with accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, tax reporting, and audit preparation
Handle administrative duties including answering calls, sorting and distributing mail, preparing correspondence, data entry, and maintaining organized filing systems
Support inventory and order fulfillment processes: prepare products, process and ship orders, manage invoices, track inventory, and handle returns
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to collect data, update records, generate reports, and respond to inquiries promptly
Provide cross-departmental support for administrative and communication needs as required
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in business, finance, or related field required
At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a related role, with strong computer skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with diverse groups
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; capable of handling confidential information responsibly
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Customer service mindset and collaborative approach
