Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to physicians within the Breast & Imaging Service
Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
Prepare professional documents, including memos, letters of recommendation, correspondence, and reports
Handle faculty reimbursements and travel authorizations
Collaborate with the Service Chief on QGenda scheduling
Coordinate operational meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Order supplies and handle maintenance requests
Assist in planning and executing service projects as needed
Operate independently and exercise discretion in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or administrative setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, QGenda, Coupa, and Epic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective communicator, skilled at tailoring messages for different audiences
Flexible and adaptable, able to respond to shifting priorities with professionalism
Collaborative team player, building strong partnerships to achieve shared goals
Decisive and proactive, making timely decisions that keep operations moving forward
