Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle activities, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout

Manage complex, technology-enabled projects supporting enterprise and mission-critical operations

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and mitigation plans

Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate

Coordinate systems integration across engineering, QA, procurement, inventory, and operations teams

Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation

Serve as liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership

Ensure compliance with federal, military, and organizational policies

Support audits, governance reviews, and compliance reporting

Produce executive dashboards, metrics, and project status reports
