Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT field support at the distribution center
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
Desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
Network connectivity (LAN/WAN, cabling, switches – basic level)
Warehouse/industrial IT equipment (RF scanners, handheld devices, etc.)
Perform hardware installations, replacements, upgrades, and break-fix support
Support system rollouts, upgrades, and DC-specific IT initiatives
Coordinate with remote IT teams, vendors, and service desks as needed
Document incidents, resolutions, and asset details accurately
Ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations within the facility

Required

Experience as a Field Services Technician
Technical support for hardware, network connectivity, and end-user systems
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
Basic knowledge of network connectivity (LAN/WAN, cabling, switches)
Experience with warehouse/industrial IT equipment (RF scanners, handheld devices, etc.)
Performing hardware installations, replacements, upgrades, and break-fix support
Supporting system rollouts, upgrades, and DC-specific IT initiatives
Coordinating with remote IT teams, vendors, and service desks
Documenting incidents, resolutions, and asset details accurately

Comfortable working within a distribution center environment
