Responsibilities
Work within the legal department under the supervision of corporate attorneys on various legal matters
Conduct legal research, document review, assisting with development, review and organization of corporate policy and procedures, maintaining files, preparing legal analysis and memorandum, and other legal matters
Collaborate with department executives to ensure the completion of various company-wide projects
Work with business leaders to identify areas of improvement and conduct research to support initiatives
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in law school
Housing/Relocation is not being offered (only local candidates will be considered)
Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
