Responsibilities
Prepare legal documents for attorneys - objections, proof of claims etc
Review bankruptcy petitions, motions for relief from stay, motions to sell real estate, fee notices, payment change notices, transfer of claims, dismissal and discharge orders
E-File pleadings and research in PACER
Work with clients, debtors and the trustee's office tracking and communicating status on all matters
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Trustworthy and ethical
Client service oriented
Preferred
Paralegal certificate is preferred not required
Experience with PACER is preferred
