Responsibilities
Lead design thinking sessions and structured ideation to generate innovative digital and physical experiences
Translate early concepts into visual prototypes using advanced design tools and approved AI platforms
Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Production, AI R&D Labs, and Marketing
Conduct trend and consumer research to inform strategic decisions and future directions
Develop detailed specifications for prototypes and production runs, ensuring quality and brand consistency
Evaluate digital builds for experiential integrity and alignment with brand standards
Create and deliver compelling internal presentations to showcase concepts, prototypes, and strategic insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
Expert proficiency and enthusiasm with AI tools for text, image, and audio generation
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Firefly and Substance
Strong capability with Figma or comparable prototyping platforms
Proven ability to facilitate design thinking workshops and structured problem-solving
