Responsibilities
Manage all purchasing functions, including office supplies, machine parts, packaging materials, and raw materials
Travel once or twice a week to our facility in Wewoka (about 75 miles away) to understand on-site needs, establish control, and occasionally handle local pickups
Collaborate with mechanics, machinists, welders, office staff, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless purchasing process
Use strong spreadsheet and database skills to optimize workflows and maintain accurate records
Handle a diverse range of technical and non-technical products, starting with a six-figure purchasing volume that will grow over time
Qualification
Required
Proactive and technically-minded individual
Strong spreadsheet and database skills
Ability to manage all purchasing functions including office supplies, machine parts, packaging materials, and raw materials
Willingness to travel once or twice a week to the facility in Wewoka
Ability to collaborate with mechanics, machinists, welders, office staff, and warehouse teams
