Responsibilities
Convert multiple PowerPoints and documentation into engaging self-paced learning manuals
Design and develop training content that meets defined learning objectives
Create evaluation tools to ensure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness
Collaborate with SMEs while working independently and managing deadlines
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in instructional design, creating training content from existing materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong ability to work independently and manage project timelines
Background in military or veteran training is a strong plus
Preferred
Previous experience with Fortune 5 companies (or similar large-scale tech environments)
Project management skills or experience building training in corporate LMS platforms
