Qualification
Required
Excellent sales, relationship management, and customer service skills
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management strategies
Ability to assess client needs, communicate effectively, and deliver tailored solutions
Proficient in organization, client portfolio management, and business development
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
Proficiency in using insurance-specific software and tools, as well as familiarity with general computer applications
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in the state of Texas or the ability to obtain one within a required timeframe
Preferred
Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred
