Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients/visitors with professionalism
Handle registration, insurance verification, and billing inquiries
Collect co-pays and maintain accurate patient records
Support clinical teams with clerical tasks
Travel locally to hospital sites as needed

Required

6+ months of customer service (healthcare preferred)
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Flexible to work evenings/weekends (rotating schedule, 9:30 AM–8:00 PM)

Preferred

2–3 years related experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of insurance, medical terminology, and EMR systems a plus
